The Vendor Network allows you to collaborate with your customers in ways that you were never able to do before. With the Vendor Network, you have access to our Vendor Portal. The Vendor Portal enables you to immediately update your pricing, view and download purchase orders, and turn purchase orders into invoices. You are already receiving PO's from OnCare. Why not make your job one step simpler and find all of your PO's in the Vendor Portal? You can also easily communicate with the facilities regarding an order that might have complications and allow the facilities to make decisions based on these complications.

Vendors will also be able to give their customers a much richer purchasing experience. This can help you gain more business and earn more profits. How else can you earn more through the Vendor Network? You will be able to increase your revenue by gaining insight into which of your products are the most popular and which products are never ordered. You might even learn that a product is never ordered because a price was never entered in the system for that item! Additionally, the Vendor Network can help you get paid faster because you can turn your purchase orders into invoices that are automatically uploaded into your customers' systems. OnCare automatically chooses the lowest priced vendor for the products, so you want your prices to be the least expensive. Using price ranking, OnCare's most popular feature on the Vendor Portal, you can see all of your items in a customer's catalog, and where your pricing ranks in comparison to other vendors' prices. It will not tell you what the other vendors' prices are, but will let you know if you have the best pricing in the system or how many vendors have better pricing for that item than you do.
